For individuals from 55 years old a multiplying coefficient is applied.

Terms of service in the ABC Medicine clinics:
Legal entities may get a discount for insurance of 6 and more employees.
Home care is provided inside the Moscow ring road (MKAD).
Terms of service in the Polyclinika.ru clinics:
Legal entities may get a discount for insurance of 10 and more employees.
Home care is provided by general practitioner within 30 km of the Moscow ring road (MKAD) who for health reasons cannot go to the clinic and need bed rest and medical supervision.
Terms of service in the Medsi clinics:
Legal entities may get a discount for insurance of 10 and more employees.
Home care is provided inside the Moscow ring road (MKAD).

Services in the "Polyclinic.ru" clinics include the "Telemedicine.ru" option.
Services provided by the "Telemedicine.ru" option include:
•    initial and repeated remote consultations with consulting physicians on duty (therapist, general practitioner) with no limit on the number of consultations during the insurance policy validity;
•    primary and repeated remote consultations with specialist physicians (not more than 3 during the insurance policy validity).

Consultations are possible with doctors of the following specialties:
•    Therapy
•    General medical practice
•    Cardiology
•    Otorhinolaryngology
•    Obstetrics and gynecology
•    Urology
•    Surgery
•    Endocrinology
•    Ophthalmology

Remote telemedicine consultations are performed to the following extent:
•    discussion of the patient's health status in the event of an acute or exacerbation of a chronic disease, including for making a decision on the need for emergency and urgent care;
•    assessment of the patient's health indicators and making a decision about the need for a face-to-face appointment;
•    interpretation of the results of laboratory and instrumental methods of examination;
•    explanation of previously prescribed treatment and medications taken by the doctor;
•    detailed recommendations for preparation for the prescribed examinations and manipulations;
•    recommendations for disease prevention and a healthy lifestyle.

Services in the "MEDSI" clinics include the "Telemedicine" option.
Initial and repeated doctor's appointments in the clinic in the following fields: therapist, surgeon, neurologist, otolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, urologist, dermatovenerologist, obstetrician-gynecologist. Upon referral from an attending physician, consultations are conducted with a cardiologist, an endocrinologist, a gastroenterologist, and an infectious disease specialist. Consultations can also be provided using telemedicine technologies. If the clinic has such a doctor and you have the SmartMed app installed.
